1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the BütçeCep app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Security and Encryption

BütçeCep uses strong encryption methods (End-to-End Encryption - E2EE) to protect your data.

• Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for the security of your account password and the generated "Recovery Keys".
• Data Recovery: In case you lose your password and recovery key, no one, including us, can access your encrypted data. In this case, BütçeCep cannot be held responsible for data loss.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan").

• Payments are processed through your Google Play Store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store's refund policies and must be made directly through the store.

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to do the following when using the Service:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to breach the security of the app or reverse engineer it.
• Gaining unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

5. Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

BütçeCep is a tool for personal budget management and tracking. The analytics, charts, or data provided by the app do not constitute financial investment advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate the Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. New terms will be effective from the moment they are posted on this page.
