We may collect the following information when using the BütçeCep app:

Account Information: Name, Surname, Email address.
Financial Data: Income and expense transactions you add (Stored encrypted).
Device Information: Technical data for app performance and error tracking.

2. Use of Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

Providing and maintaining the service.
Ensuring account security.
Responding to user requests.

3. Data Security

BütçeCep stores your financial data on its servers using "End-to-End Encryption" (E2EE) or strong encryption methods. We take industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data.

4. Data Deletion

Users can request the complete deletion of their data from the settings menu within the app or the "Delete Account" page on our website.

5. Support Requests and Attachments

Messages you send through in-app bug reports, suggestions and support requests, along with any screenshots you optionally attach, are stored on our servers. Unlike your financial data, these attachments are not end-to-end encrypted, so please hide sensitive details before attaching a screenshot. Attachments can only be viewed by the user who submitted the request and our support team; they are never shared via public links and are automatically deleted 10 days after the request is closed.
