Data and Transaction Deletion

Without closing your account, just historicalall your financial transactions (income, expenses, savings)you can permanently delete.

Method 1: From Within the App (Instant)

It is the fastest method. Your data is instantly cleared from the server.

  1. Open the BütçeCep app.
  2. Settings go to the menu.
  3. Security select the section.
  4. At the bottomDelete All Transactionsclick the button.
  5. Confirm by entering your security password.

Method 2: Support Request

If you cannot access the app, you can create a request via email.
